Refunds

If upon checkup of your puppy at the vet and the results do not match the health records provided, or the puppy appears to be unhealthy or has genetic defects.  The buyer is eligible for a full refund. It will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The puppy will be replaced only if a written and signed statement is to be obtained from two Licensed Veterinarians from two different clinics as proof of the genetic defects.

Within the first 90 days from the time of purchase, If the buyer feels like they are incapable of providing primary care for the puppy. The buyer is eligible for a full refund and return of the puppy to the breeder. Prior to issuing a refund, a health checkup will be done on the puppy to ensure that the puppy has not been subject to life changes that have a negative effect on their health. If the puppy is unwell, the buyer is ineligible to receive a refund. 

After the 90th day from the time of purchase onwards, if the buyer would like to return the puppy to the breeder due to the incapability of providing primary care for the puppy. The buyer is ineligible to receive a refund. 

Returns

Within the first 90 days from the time of purchase. If the buyer would like to return the puppy to the breeder as a result of being incapable of providing the primary care for the puppy. The buyer is responsible for paying the re-shipping fee of the puppy to the breeder.

After the 90th day from the time of purchase onwards. If the buyer would like to return the puppy to the breeder because they are incapable of providing the primary care for the puppy. The buyer is responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.

In a situation whereupon a vet check of the puppy by the buyer. The results reveal that the puppy is unwell or has genetic defects. The breeder is responsible for the re-shipping fee. The buyer must take the puppy for a vet check within the first 7 days from the time of purchase.

Return and Refund Process

If you would like to return your puppy, fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will review it and then begin the return and refund process. It takes 24 to 48 hours to review your form and 3 to 5 business days to initiate a transfer of your refund.

We have never had anyone return a puppy as a result of genetic defect or health issues. However, we have a very solid return and refund policy so as to ensure that everyone feels safe. Also, we have only had a puppy returned to us once. The owner had to move abroad for work purposes and had no one they could comfortably entrust the puppy to.
